What you build is yours. Completely.

AutoSoftwareFactory (“ASF”, “we”, “our”) is an autonomous software factory operated by Ventureship. These licensing terms apply to your access to and use of AutoSoftwareFactory. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.

Subject to these terms, Ventureship grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use AutoSoftwareFactory for its intended purpose: creating, building and launching software products.

All software products, brands, code, content and revenue generated through AutoSoftwareFactory are owned entirely by you. Ventureship claims no ownership, license or other interest in any output the platform produces on your behalf.

You may use AutoSoftwareFactory to build products for your own business, for your clients (for example, as an agency) or as part of an internal product portfolio. You may not redistribute, resell or offer the platform itself as a standalone product.

You agree not to use AutoSoftwareFactory to:

• create anything that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of a third party;
• break any applicable law, or support any unlawful purpose;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the platform’s underlying technology.

AutoSoftwareFactory is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Ventureship disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventureship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of AutoSoftwareFactory.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ventureship is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
